Meet Simon, Co-founder of Element 3 Energy

For 25+ years, Simon has been pushing the boundaries of fusion energy. With a PhD in Physics and leadership roles across the industry, he has dedicated his career to turning fusion into a clean, abundant, and economically viable energy source. 

Alongside co-founding E3E, Simon is CEO of nTtau Digital LTD and Woodruff Engineering, Co-Director of Fusion Advisory Services, and a driving force behind Fusion Igniter – supporting founders building the next generation of fusion-enabling technologies.

So why Element 3 Energy?

Simon saw a critical gap: Lithium, despite being essential for sustaining fusion reactions, has been highly overlooked.
