With a background in Business Administration and experience spanning fusion, renewables, and recycling innovation, he bridges technical expertise and commercial strategy to accelerate impact.

Before joining Element 3 Energy, Kasper spent +4 years working with early-stage startups, including a fusion company where he contributed to business development and fundraising, and later as a Fusion Techno-Economic Analyst at Woodruff Scientific.
